Autumn's new classmate

Molly has decided she is going to be Autumn's new classmate.

What is bigger Molly or the backpack?

Can we say to grown up! You can't stop it can you? They grow up whether you like it or not. Autumn's 1st day of 4th grade was the 20th. We had everything all planned out shower, hair, outfit, jewelry, etc. for weeks. The morning of nerves got her going so fast she was done at 8:00 and we don't leave till 8:30. Than I got "can we go now" about 50 times in that half hour. I hope she is still saying that in November but I'm not holding my breath. She has Mr. V (long last name that's what everyone calls him) the teacher she wanted but is also afraid of having. He is the toughest in a good way. Everyone that has had him loves him if they want to learn. I think he will be great for Autumn. Wish us luck though I have been told expect 2 hours of homework every night. I do love the fact that he expects the kids to be responsible for themselves and he expects the patents to be involved. Where has this teacher been and can he move along with us? I'll keep you up dated.

Jumping

So have I told you Mo likes jumping? I got her an Elmo DVD (FYI loves "Melmo") about being healthy. The first part is all about jumping. I was ready to die in about 5 minutes. Not that she needs much help to do this scary enough.

Driveway fun

I know it sounds funny but we have lots of fun in our driveway. This was the last day before we had to go back to school and we spent most of it outside. We drew many pictures. Molly wants to help and she just doesn't understand why Autumn doesn't want her standing in the middle of her picture.

I'm trying to teach Molly hopscotch I know a little early but she loves rocks, she loves jumping, so one day she should love this game.

This is what mom was having fun with in the driveway. Yes we did it, we got rid of the Venture with 139,000 mile on it. I think we got our money out of that car. We now have a KIA Sedona 2008. I took the mom mobile back and Pete is driving the Honda now. I love the fact that neither of our cars don't over heat now. Sorry we couldn't help out in Nashville mom and dad but next summer we can seat 7 again. The funny part is ...

We now look like Twinkies with the Sneeds. Thank goodness we got different colors. Lori laughed though she almost got this color. KIA calls it green gray? No it is not the computer I think some one in the paint naming department is color blind. We like it what ever they want to call it.
