Lunch time

Mom fed me applesauce today for lunch and I helped. The spoon goes in the bowl, than in my hand, than near my mouth.
Any drips on high chair tray must become finger painting projects.

Any one have a hose? I glad she is so cute because that is so gross. On the next episode of dirty jobs spending the day with a baby.

Nicki and Matt's Christmas Party

We all made it this year! No one had to work except Chris but not till later.
Molly got to meet a cat or 2 or 3.

Gabi what did you get into?

Soup is on. Get the kids eating first so we might have 10 min of adult conversation.

Ok quick they are busy.

For those that don't know the gang... This is Steve and Nancy (with Shawn peaking in).

This is Mike and Shawn.

These are the hosts Matt and Nicki (with Chris trying to peak in you will see her later.

Gift time Kids first

Ready set go...

No these kids aren't spoiled one bit.

Here is the line up... Starting at the left Mikey 3rd, Josie 3rd, Iva 2nd, Gabi 7th (or is it 8th?), Alex 3rd, Molly baby, and Autumn 3rd.

Not that you can get 7 kids to all look at the camera and smile here was another attempt.

"Adults" turn

Nicki had really cool paper that entertained most of the "adults" for a while. Nice Mike.

Cute Steve.

Shawn's birthday is on the 27th so I brought an early present. She likes angles and yes this is the last thing I'm crocheting out of string for a while.

So from now on in this blog all true quilters (that means both of you moms) either don't look or don't laugh. I decided I would try and quilt this year. Why that seamed like a good idea or why I decided to start with 2" x 2" squares I'm not sure but here is what happened.

Alright Mike...

Shawn and Mike's is the fire symbol and the star of life.

This is Chris by the way...

She got and apple tree for a family tree an apple for each kid and grand kid (yes this lady has grand kids).

And Nicki and Matt...

Got a sheriff star with a star of life. Everyone seemed to like them and that is what counts right.

Only at are parties do the cops show up and take someone away. Yes Chris's ride to work she is a dispatcher for the county. Ha Ha. We all had a great time thanks Nicki and Matt.

Bum day

Dad and I had a bum day. Did I tell you he got a new camera. How cute am I?

What you talking about...

I'm not tired.

No really. Oh well.

Christmas Morning

Autumn and Pete got up with me before I had to leave for work at 6 AM, what a good family I have. Santa was good to us all. Autumn got a cool Globe game thing.

I got jewelery! Pete got golf tees and socks (may be we know who needs to work on being a little nicer ha ha), and we all got to much on candy.

Molly got up later. She got a drum full of other musical instruments. That is when Autumn lets her play with it. Alright I'll say it now sorry Laurie for stealing all your cool baby toys.

So dad what do you think you will have your own drum line soon. Please count on Laura and Ryan for a few not all me.

The girls had a good time till Autumn's dad came and got her for their many Christmas parties. Then Molly and dad were left to bum around.

Christmas Eve

I had to work on Christmas so we opened presents Christmas Eve. Molly tired to hand out presents with Autumn.

Autumn had to fix things a little. It was a tough to pass out presents since Molly has been stealing all the gift tags. We did a lot of guessing.

Molly decided to claim a few extra.

Even when we got them all sorted Autumn would open her present...

And Molly would steal it.

Until we opened the bus.

Then she was good for the night thanks mom.

Grandma Grape painted Autumn a turtle sweatshirt. Thanks Grandma it was a hit.

So were the fuzzy books.

Aunt Colby did well too. This is the fist set of mittens/gloves I haven't had to remind Autumn to put on. In fact I asked her to take them off in the store the other day.

Can you say one over stimulated little baby! Sleep well Molly.
