Feet are fun toys

Babies are so cute when they find their feet. Add rattles to their feet and sit back to laugh.
Get'm Molly.

You got the rattle now what?

Oh, the feet are more fun naked.

Book report?

Starting in January Autumn's class has been doing book reports on 1 of 4 subjects once a month. They have been getting more and more creative. This month was a research book report.
Autumn picked the water cycle for her book report. The reason I called it a "book report" is that we never read a book to do the report. Welcome to the world of the Internet, we were allowed to use it. It is so easy.

I remember the days of encyclopedias and libraries on Saturdays to research any thing. Then she had to do a diorama to display her research. Also to be creative on materials.

The lid shuts and then the rain and evaporation streamers hang down. Good job Autumn.

Carrots!

We found something other than milk that Molly likes. Carrots Ya! She was getting full at this time so it's hard to look at this picture and say she likes them but she does.
She will even open her mouth for the next bite now if we could get the tongue to stay out of the way maybe it will stay in her mouth. Stay toned for the next veggie.

Well?

How cute! She loves it that is the best part and look Eyes. Mom is happy, I can see the eyes.
It's really hard to get hair that isn't curly but has a very strong wave to wave the way you want it to. Great for going into nice weather again.

Dad sneaks on

Well here is a great pic of Kari and Molly outside when it was 70 degrees.

Teacher work days.

Stay tuned my shaggy daughter is getting a hair cut this evening!
Teacher work days are nice. Week days are so busy with homework, dinner, shower, and bed it doesn't leave much time to just play. Since we have 2 early bird girls they got some good play time this morning.

I'm not sure who misses who more when Autumn spends the weekend at her dad's. I know they love being back together. Hope it lasts, right Laura. My baby sister is all grown up and I missed it.

Lets try this again.

We started cereal again. Molly likes oatmeal much better than rice. Are any of my kids going to like rice? Thank goodness we don't live in China or such.

We started carrots also. She not sure about that flavor.

Molly does a good job of letting you know when she is done. Bath time follows quickly after.

Ohio?

Can you believe this is Ohio? I'm not sure Autumn's feet touched the ground before she was asking to go outside. I hated to tell her we had things to do that morning but the minute we got home, Get Out!

Hi Autumn...

Bye Autumn.
I have more outside shots and will but them on the blog as soon as it lets me. Did I tell you I hate computers? Well that hasn't change. I have been fighting with the blog all week and still can't get them on yet. This was last weekend (3-11) last night it snowed again. When is this weather going to make up it's mind. Oh well what can you do?

Ya Vistors

Molly got to meet Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Tofel this weekend. We had a great time.
The weather was great which I'm sure the Vermonters enjoyed.

Both girls were on their best behaviors too. (How do you do? Can I eat your finger?)

Like any visit it was too short. It is easier to say bye when you know we will see each other soon at Matt's wedding. See you again soon.

Splish Splash Time

Splish splash I was taking a bath, all along a Saturday night,
Rub a dub I was sitting in the tub, thinking everything was alright,

When what do I see, mom with a camera taking pictures of me!
Do you mind!

Four month check up.

Molly had her 4 month check up yesterday so here are her stats. Molly is 13 lbs 3 oz (50%) and 25 3/4 in (75%) the Dr. says she is doing great, but we knew that. Grow baby grow.
Now I am taking a survey, "Who does Molly look like". I never know the answer to that question so can anyone help me out? I think she has dad's nose...

Maybe my eyes (except the color)...

But she looks a lot like Autumn to me.
So who does Molly look like?

This is No Help.

So at 09:15 Pete, Molly, and I loaded into both cars and went out into the freezing rain to get 119 cases of Girl Scout cookies. This is either bad timing or just not going to help me watch what I eat. Autumn like last year sold the most of the troop 224 boxes. I have found the one thing that having 2 families is help full for.
These cookies are the extras to sell at our 2 booth sales. Great thing to have sitting around with your house on the market should I put out a collection box with the house fliers? Ha Ha. Wish me luck!
