1st Day of 3rd Grade

Well Autumn continues to grow up no matter how much kicking and screaming I do. Autumn started Starr Elementary on August 22nd. Her teacher's name is Mrs. Miller. She seems really nice and Autumn seems to like her so far. The funny thing is Mrs. Miller is only about 2 or 3 inches taller than Autumn but Autumn did have on boots.
So far all I have gotten about Autumn's school life is she has a friend with a nick name Kit Kat and the girls in her class are really girly. But good news Autumn says she can do double dutch now just has a hard time jumping in. Who hasn't had that problem. Wish us luck this year should be an experience.

Cheerios?

Molly this is a Cheerio. It's good I promise.

We'll see mom. You tell me green beans are good too.

Huh? Not that bad.

Now if I could just get my hand out of the way to get the next one in. Man this is tough.

This is Molly's new I'm tired pose. Really Funny!

We now have a door frame to hang her Johnny Jump Up. Ya!

Crazy baby

First look Molly has enough hair to stick up.

Second Nicki gave her this really cool toe running over toy. Thanks Nicki ha ha, Sully and Doc love it too.

And last did I tell you our central air at the new house died the Tue before we moved in. The good news we had a home warranty. The bad news it got fixed Sat 3 1/2 weeks later. I'm pretty sure HMS is sick of hearing from me! We are much better .

Moving time

After the Baptism my mom was able to stay another week to help with the prep work of the house. I'm so glad that we moved in the summer so I could steel her. I'm sure mom needs another vacation though. She is a hard working woman that I still can't even keep up with. I love you mom. We took down wallpaper, primed, painted, and wallpapered all the bathrooms and bed rooms including the dreaded ceilings.

After she left Nicki and Shawn came over to finish last min clean up since we moved in on the 4th. I forgot to take any pictures along the way so here are some pics of our youngest move crew member.

I thought Papa Dick would get a kick out of his news member of his drum line too.

Thank you so much to Don (Josh and Tara too for letting us steel him); Nicki, Matt and Iva; Ken, Lori, Jessie, Ashley, and Lauren (don't worry we didn't put Lori into labor she got Molly duty and girls Autumn owes you big time); Big Mike, Little Mike, and Gabi our moving crew for Saturday. It was hot! Another thank you to the Sunday crew Nicki and Iva; Big Mike, Little Mike, and Gabi; and fresh backs Dana an Jodi. It was hot and wet Sunday. We were able to get everything done except about 1/2 the storage unit but we can do that one car load at a time. Thanks again I'm so glad we have such great friends!

Did you say fire trucks?

The kids went swimming at the hotel after the baptism. Don't fall in the pool papa.
We had to kill some time because Mike said he would take us to see fire trucks. Jacob has never seen a fire truck up close so ya we are going.

Then we went to Big Boy Colby and Jacob's first time.

Fire truck time!!! I think that Jacob was a bit excited.

High up there isn't it Colby.

He is still shaking.

Ready for the loud noise Jacob, hey Colby when you cover his ears how are you going to cover your own?

How handsome!

I think it is a little to big.

But that is cute!

Even when you grow up in fire trucks it is still fun to play right Mikey...

Gabi...

And Autumn.

Where are you heading Jacob it looks very serous.

What's that? What's that? What's that?

What are you doing Papa?

Caught you papa you big kid!

Molly's babtism

Hey Jacob we are here you can get off the car now.

Mike (The God Father), Nicki (godmother), and the family. We didn't all go up since our family took up about 1/2 the congregation.

Molly did really good.

Until they laid her down and she couldn't see. She didn't cry just wanted up and fought with Nicki and Mike a bit. What is wrong with this picture? Oh I know how did the Mom's camera get in the back.

All done Molly , Ya!

Lots of family and friends came to celebrate with us. Grandma Debbie and Papa Dick stayed from the Wisconsin trip.

Grandma Beth, Aunt Colby, and Jacob came.

Grandma and Grandpa Tofel, what a handsome group. I know Molly you want your dress off, give me a few more pictures.

The Sneed girls soon to have a boy.

Party time

Nicki had a cake made with Molly's invitation on it. How great and special for Molly, thanks Nicki.

Nicki was a bit excited about showing me the surprise. Can you tell?

I even let Molly have a little of her cake.

Present time, Molly got some really nice stuff like always we have such great family and friends.

Molly seems very interested.

Nice bow.

Now that is our Molly.

How nice of you to share your bows with big Mike Molly. What a happy looking bunch.

Ok, I played hard enough I'm done!
