A night with the Sneeds

We finally made a day to get together with the Sneeds. Our families are so busy it is tough. That is one of the reasons I love the holidays it gives you a reason to slow down and catch up with family and friends that we miss so much. Molly wouldn't leave Mason alone, two inches off his heels
Can you help me here people?

Mason learned about the little trampoline and Lori got theirs out the next day I hear.

They even shared pretty well.

The big kids didn't leave the Wii. The Sneeds brought over all their games so we all got to try out new stuff. This is the bell choir. Very entertaining.

So that the girls would let the dads play golf, we had the kids open gifts. Autumn just started wearing dangle earrings this year and the Sneeds hooked her up with a ton.

Autumn made all the gifts for the Sneeds. She has been a great help this year on Christmas gifts.

Molly got puzzles that I love and hate at the same time. I don't know how many pieces we are missing already oh well.

Mason found Molly's favorite book reading spot. How cute is this. We can't wait till they come over again. Time goes to fast and the kids grow too quick.

Cookies

I'm trying to catch up the blog. Make sure you look at the older blog entries I put in more than one page today. Autumn and Dad made chocolate chip cookies and Molly ate them.

We have more cookies come and visit and eat all you want.

Autumn's choir concest

Molly was not happy with the wait but I'm glad we got there early. We got a great seat in the middle since I didn't know which set of risers they would be standing on. I worked all day getting the cameras charged up and ready than Molly jumped in her seat and the video camera hit the ground. Next thing I knew...
The concert started the video camera stopped working and can you see Autumn? Good luck, she is on the top row (big surprise) far left. See her now ya the face behind the microphone.

See there she is.

The concert was great and we were able to get 1 1/2 songs on the video chip since the tape wouldn't work. To all you grand parents I tried.

First good snow

Dad and Molly were home alone durnig the first good snow of the year so they had to go play in it! Dad got some great pictures.

I need to make ths one black and white, when I figure out how.

Time to decorate

While Autumn was at school I put on the lights then after homework the girls got started. Molly wasn't really into touching the pokey tree.

She did like sorting Grandma Grapes ornaments for Autumn to hang.

They are always Autumn's favorite to hang up.

I'm not sure what happened (we were in the other room) but some how the tree wound up on the ground and Sully came running out of the Den, were the tree is. Not many ornaments broke we have a pretty kid friendly tree, but we spent hours cleaning up and redecorating the tree. The tree is now roped to the ceiling.

Christmas tree hunt

We went to a local farm in the area to cut down our own tree this year. It was a great day, the weather behaved and we all had the day to be together.

I think Molly misses Grandma's farm she has the need to chase some chickens.

I know you have seen this picture before but it is so cute.

We walked and walked and walked. It was really hard we kept finding another tree that was a little better or different.

Next year we are going to look at the trunk before we make the final decision. You can do it dad Molly has faith in you.

Alright Autumn tag it now the easy part they take it up front for you. Yeah!

To the people of my generation that were wondering what happened to OUR McDonald's play ground... we found it. Ready for a flash to the past.

Autumn realized how much she is not a kid anymore.

Molly found some Reindeer. Believe it or not she stayed real quite and still so they came pretty close.

Santa she did NOT stay still or quite or close. That was not happening. Then Autumn decide she was to big to sit with Santa. Who said she could grow up because it wasn't me?

Thanksgiving Dinner

Like always we had a wonderful feast thanks to my husband. I'm so thankful for my family and glad that mom and dad could share some time with us.

The girls love the time with company too, the parents are so boring you know.

Elfa-fun with Grandma

Molly still hasn't figured out to catch the butterflies falling but she has fun picking them up off the floor.

And she loves wearing the nets on her head.

Pumpkins

I love pumpkin seeds. We never carved the Halloween pumpkins so we harvested the seeds and than Pete made a wonderful pie!

Molly had a lot of fun stirring.

Don't fall in.

Grandpa time

Molly love when grandpa is in town he hands out cookies.
Thanks grandpa

So this was funny too. My parents have never played a video game in their life.

Dad was pretty good at golf. Mom and I played bells on Wii music, that brought back memories.

Molly stole Papa's shoes often.

And papa stole hugs.

It was nice to spend the time just hanging out.
